HOPE Outreach Center Inc., is a 501(c)3 not for profit organization providing a range of services, including an emergency assistance social service center, a childrens enrichment program, and elderly support and visitation program.
The Volunteer Coordinator supports HOPE Outreach Center Inc. (HOC) efforts to cultivate community involvement in and support for the vision, mission, and programs of HOC. This multifaceted position is responsible for implementing HOCs efforts to establish powerful relationships with community partners and supporters. The Volunteer Coordinator supports outreach, education, and volunteer programs that inspire community members and organizations to join in the vital work of HOC through volunteerism, financial and in-kind donations, and advocacy initiatives. The Volunteer Coordinator develops and implements programs for recruitment, interviewing, training, retention, and orientation of volunteers. The position interacts frequently with internal programs and external community partners and provides general support to the resource development efforts of the Organization.
